This new 20,000 SF outpatient clinic for the VA is a two story steel structure with a skylight, brick veneer, and a decorative exterior metal panel system. The facility houses prosthetic, eye, dental, and specialty clinics and support areas. The project has extensive HVAC, hydronic piping, medical gas/air, hydraulic elevator, parking lot, and landscaping. Heating is based on a steam fed hot water system with the steam-to-hot water converters housed in a neighboring building. The electrical system has both low voltage and fiber optics, and interior finishes include a wood veneer paneling system with stainless steel reveals and a decorative metal fabric.
